Sandeep is the President & CEO of SAATEK Solutions. Prior to founding SAATEK Solutions in 2019, Sandeep held various progressively growing positions, including Delivery Executive, Chief Architect, and Chief Operating Officer in the commercial and federal contracting space.
Over his illustrious career, spanning more than 30 years, Sandeep has always led by the motto “inspire to innovate”, as reflected in his implementation of all mission-critical initiatives that transformed a multitude of complex business challenges into successful endeavors for his clients. He made this possible by bringing his vision, dedication, and strategic methods to deliver beyond the expectations of his clients, teams, and partners. Sandeep constantly motivates his teams to always think “outside-of-the-box” and explore new and innovative possibilities to implement as solutions that clearly surpass the legacy approach in solving business challenges and uniquely defining solutions that are second to none.
While harnessing innovation and strategic approach to solve client’s challenges, Sandeep has always demonstrated excellence in operational efficiencies with well-defined priorities for a complete execution life cycle of any initiative – no matter the requirements. His seasoned expertise in program management, client management, business process reengineering, tailored methodology definitions, subject matter expertise, and client management have helped him on many occasions to custom develop “Success Frameworks” for client engagements where “failure is not an option”.
Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad University of Baroda (India) and Master of Science in Information Systems from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia (USA). In his free time, Sandeep loves to spend time with his beloved wife and daughter, enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, watching movies, and watching cricket, cheering on his favorite IPL team, the Rajasthan Royals, as well as the Indian National Cricket Team!
